If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for Gift Card or Exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for Gift Card or Exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return protection at the original time of checkout, or if you want to receive a Refund into the original form of payment, you'll need to purchase a return label in our portal.
How to start a Return?

Please include the packing slip with your return or a note with the order number.
Return Options:
- Gift Card or Merchandise Credit: receive a gift card for the full amount paid for the returned product.
- Exchange: for any product(s) totaling exchange value or less value. If inventory is unavailable when processing the return, you’ll receive a gift card for the full amount paid for the returned product.
- Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method, minus a $3.99 “handling/credit card processing fees” per item.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. Please refrain from using Elephantito shoe box as a shipping box. Don’t attach a label directly to the shoe box.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at customerservice@elephantito.com.
- For items bought from other retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
